Integrate GoHighLevel and activate your Agency Workspace

Connect your GoHighLevel agency account, configure your OpenAI API key, and link Stripe to activate your Centerfy Agency Workspace.

Your Agency Workspace needs three integrations: GoHighLevel for CRM connectivity, an OpenAI API key for AI features, and Stripe for client billing. All are configured in Agency Workspace > Settings > Integrations.

Step 1 — Connect GoHighLevel

  1. Open Integrations

    Navigate to Agency Workspace > Settings > Integrations and locate the GoHighLevel card.

  2. Start the OAuth flow

    Click Connect GoHighLevel. A GHL authorization window opens.

  3. Select your Agency account

    Choose the Agency-level account — not a sub-account. Connecting at the agency level lets Centerfy manage all sub-accounts under that agency.

  4. Confirm

    After authorizing, the Integrations page shows Connected next to GoHighLevel.

Step 2 — Configure OpenAI API key

  1. Open AI settings

    Go to Agency Workspace > Settings > Integrations and find the AI / OpenAI section.

  2. Enter your API key

    Paste your OpenAI API key and click Save. Generate one at platform.openai.com/api-keys if needed.

  3. Maintain a positive balance

    If your OpenAI balance hits zero, all AI features across every sub-account stop. Enable auto-recharge in your OpenAI billing settings.

Step 3 — Connect Stripe

  1. Open Stripe integration

    In Agency Workspace > Settings > Integrations, locate the Stripe card.

  2. Enter Stripe API keys

    Provide your Publishable Key and Secret Key from Stripe Dashboard > Developers > API keys. Use test keys while configuring.

  3. Verify

    The card shows Connected. If an error appears, confirm both keys are correct and the same mode.
