Fix your number showing as "Spam Likely"

Remove the "Spam Likely" label with CNAM registration, SHAKEN/STIR verification, and carrier database registration.

When calls display “Spam Likely,” most people will not answer. This label is applied by carriers based on call patterns, reputation, and missing verification.

Quick fix: new number

1. Test candidates

   Check reputation with SpamLikely.io before purchasing.

2. Purchase a clean number

   Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar and click Buy Number.

3. Complete all registrations before use

   CNAM, SHAKEN/STIR, and A2P 10DLC (see below).

4. Assign to your AI agent

   Update your agent’s phone number assignment.

Full fix: register your number

1. CNAM Registration (3-7 days)

   Register your Caller ID Name through your telephony provider. 15 characters max.

2. SHAKEN/STIR Verification (1-3 days)

   Enable cryptographic attestation through your provider.

3. Register with carrier databases

   • Free Caller Registry — freecallerregistry.com
   • T-Mobile / Hiya — register through the Hiya platform
   • Twilio Trust Hub — register your business profile and phone numbers
4. Re-test reputation

   After registration propagates, verify the label is removed.

Prevention

• Register CNAM and SHAKEN/STIR before making any outbound calls
• Ramp call volume gradually on new numbers
• Monitor reputation monthly
• Stop using a flagged number immediately and switch to a verified backup
