How agents fit into the platform

You create and manage agents in the AI Agents section of your Centerfy dashboard. The typical setup flow is:

  1. Build your agent in the Agent Builder — set its name, prompt, voice or widget style, tools, and knowledge base.
  2. Connect a knowledge base so the agent can answer questions about your business accurately.
  3. Assign the agent to a phone number (voice) or generate an embed script (chat) to deploy it.
  4. Use Workflows to trigger agents automatically — for example, calling a new lead the moment a form is submitted.
