Each agent is a configurable AI-powered bot that you train with your business information, equip with tools, and deploy to a phone number or website widget. Once live, agents work 24/7 — answering calls, engaging visitors, qualifying prospects, booking appointments, and pushing data back to your CRM — without any manual intervention.
Two types of AI agents
Centerfy offers two agent types, each built for a different channel:

Appear as a chat widget on your website. Engage visitors, answer questions, qualify them, and book meetings — all without leaving your site.
What every agent can do
Both voice and chat agents share a common set of capabilities you configure in the Agent Builder:

How agents fit into the platform
You create and manage agents in the AI Agents section of your Centerfy dashboard. The typical setup flow is:
- Build your agent in the Agent Builder — set its name, prompt, voice or widget style, tools, and knowledge base.
- Connect a knowledge base so the agent can answer questions about your business accurately.
- Assign the agent to a phone number (voice) or generate an embed script (chat) to deploy it.
- Use Workflows to trigger agents automatically — for example, calling a new lead the moment a form is submitted.
