Send call transcripts to external tools
Configure your AI agent to send call transcripts and summaries to any webhook endpoint after each call.
Every AI voice call generates a full transcript and summary. You can send this data automatically to any external tool by configuring a webhook directly in the agent’s settings — no workflows or third-party connectors needed.
Set up transcript webhook
- Open your agent's call settings
Go to AI Agents, select your agent, and open the Call Settings page.
- Enable webhook
Toggle Webhook on and enter your destination URL. This can be any endpoint — your own server, Slack, a CRM, or a tool like Zapier or Make if you prefer.
- Save
Click Save. After every call, Centerfy sends the transcript, summary, and call metadata to your configured URL automatically.
Data sent per call
Each webhook payload includes:
- Full transcript — every word spoken with timestamps
- Call summary — AI-generated summary of the conversation
- Call metadata — duration, caller number, agent name, direction, outcome tags
- Contact details — name, email, phone, and any fields collected during the call
Manual access
Transcripts are also available in the Centerfy dashboard. Go to Call Logs in the sidebar and click any call to view the full transcript and AI summary.
