List SMS and email campaigns, newest first.

Query parameters

`offset`	`integer`	No	`0`	Number of records to skip for paging; minimum 0.
`status`	`string`	No	—	One of draft, scheduled, running, completed, failed, paused.
`campaign_type`	`string`	No	—	One of sms, email.

Errors

400 — if status or campaign_type is not an allowed value.

Notes

Only sms and email campaigns are returned. subject is null for SMS campaigns.
