Import your Telnyx numbers
Connect your existing Telnyx phone numbers to Centerfy for AI voice and SMS.
If you have phone numbers with Telnyx, you can connect them to Centerfy so your AI agents can handle calls and SMS on those numbers.
Connect Telnyx
- Open Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations in your sub-account.
- Enter your Telnyx credentials
Under Phone Integration, select Telnyx as the provider. Enter your Telnyx API Key and Telnyx API Secret from your Telnyx Mission Control dashboard.
- Save configuration
Click Save Configuration. The integration status should show as connected.
Import a number
- Open Phone Numbers
Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar.
- Click Import Number
Click Import Number and enter your Telnyx phone number.
- Test the number
Make a test inbound call and an outbound call to verify both directions work. Send a test SMS to confirm messaging is functional.
Where do I find my Telnyx credentials?
Log in to the Telnyx Mission Control Portal. Your API Key is under Auth in the left sidebar.
Can I use the same number for voice and SMS?
Yes. Once imported, the number works for both voice calls and SMS through Centerfy.
