List forms

List the sub-account's forms and surveys, newest first. Fields and settings are not included — get a form for those.

GET https://api.centerfy.ai/webhooks/inbound/forms

Headers

`x-api-key`	Yes	your sub-account API key (cfy_…)	Authenticates the request; or use Authorization: Bearer `<key>`.

Query parameters

Name	Type	Required	Default	Description
`limit`	`integer`	No	`50`	Page size; minimum 1, maximum 100 (larger values are rejected with 400).
`offset`	`integer`	No	`0`	Number of records to skip for paging; minimum 0.
`type`	`string`	No	—	One of form, survey.
`status`	`string`	No	—	Only forms with this status, e.g. active.

400 — if type is not form or survey.
